The line that reads "Google’s cloud of e-mail and document collaboration software has been interrupted several times" was interesting to me, because of the word "interrupted" and how it relates to networks. Here, it's used in the negative context of "routines faltering" and systems overloading." Is there such a thing as a "positive interruption" within a network? If so, what does that look like?
