"A Shared Communal Life"
Marriage as a social contract: “By getting married, couples agree to sharing their life and this clearly implies they will have sex with each other.”
This article is absurdly interesting. It shows the possibility of another way in which the government could assert control over bodies if marriage would one day be legally redefined in terms of the amount of sexual intimacy happening between a married couple. It may also make one ponder if love, generally speaking, should be viewed as a lawful contract. I know I have greatly contemplated this question.
